What we have done so far...

Housing Options Development Worker in post September 2007, Paula Daley 07917506525

What we plan to do in the future?....Information newsletters and workshop events for people who want new housing and their families. Increase options for Home Ownership, including low cost options, shared ownership.

Coming soon.... LD Housing strategy is in its final draft and will be published soon. ........ Shared ownership (HOLD) policy is key to rolling out this housing option to more people with support needs over the next three years, once its approved by the council.'

Housing Sub-group: There is going to be a change to the way we hold our Housing Sub group meetings. Previously we have met every 6 weeks, but through the work we have done in the last two years we have found that lots of people want an opportunity to meet informally to talk about housing, for advice and support, so in response to this we will arrange drop in sessions every other month and alternate these with sub group meetings.
