What we have done so far...

One person centred awareness course, for people supported, their families, and people closest to them.

Ran two seven days courses:
Course content:
Person centred thinking. Tools for all.
Person centred planning. Essential lifestyle planning
Person centred teams. Developing team plans, positive productive meetings and supervision.
Buddy groups for facilitators to practice their skills
Two internal trainers half way through their accreditation programme.
One five day course for self advocates leading planning.
Developed a register of trained facilitators.
Created a Person Centred Planning Steering group strategic planning.

What we plan to do in the future?

Two day course on Person centred reviews Adults.
Three day course on Person centred transition planning.
More buddy groups for facilitators and managers.
One Five day course for self advocates leading planning.
